1. ORGANIZER

The competition is organized by Payless Flooring (hereinafter the “Organizer”).

2. DURATION OF THE COMPETITION

The contest begins on October 13, 2025 and ends on November 16, 2025 at 11:59 PM (ET).
The drawing will take place on November 20, 2025.

3. ELIGIBILITY

The competition is open to anyone residing in Quebec aged 18 and over.
Excluded: employees, representatives and agents of the Organizer, as well as the persons with whom they are domiciled.

4. METHOD OF PARTICIPATION

To participate, people must:

  1. Watch the competition video clip published on the Organizer's Facebook or Instagram page.
  2. Comment on the competition post by answering the question asked.
  3. Like the Organizer's Facebook or Instagram page.
  • No purchase necessary.
  • One ​​entry per person.

5. PRICE

A total offour (4) gift certificates valued at $500 each are offered.

  • Total value of prizes: $2,000.
  • Gift certificates are valid only at the 4 Plancher Payless locations: Dollard-des-Ormeaux, Laval, Longueuil and Brossard.
  • Gift certificates can be combined with other promotions and sales, including Black Friday sales.
  • Gift certificates are not exchangeable for cash and are not transferable.

Certificates will be sent by email to the winner.

6. DRAWING

The drawing will take place on November 20, 2025, from all valid entries received by November 16, 2025 at 11:59 PM.

  • Winners will be determined randomly.
  • Each entrant can only win one prize.

7. CLAIMING PRIZES

  • Winners will be contacted by private message via Facebook Messenger or Instagram Direct Message by the Organizer's official page by an authorized representative acting on behalf of Plancher Payless.
  • They must respond within 5 business days with their complete contact information, i.e. full name and required email (phone number optional).
  • Gift certificates will be sent by email to the address provided.
  • Failure to respond within the allotted time may result in the prize being forfeited and a new winner being drawn.
  • Winners will be required to provide proof of identity to claim their prize.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS

  • By participating, all persons accept these rules.
  • The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any person who participates fraudulently.
  • The Organizer assumes no responsibility for any technical problems, breakdowns, or failures related to participation.

9. PUBLICATION OF WINNERS

The names of the winners may be announced on the Organizer's Facebook page following the draw.
