The competition is organized by <\/span>Payless Flooring<\/b> (hereinafter the \u201cOrganizer\u201d).<\/span><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The contest begins on <\/span>October 13, 2025<\/b> and ends on <\/span>November 16, 2025 at 11:59 PM (ET)<\/b>.<\/span>
<\/span>The drawing will take place on <\/span>November 20, 2025<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The competition is open to anyone residing in Quebec aged 18 and over.<\/span>
<\/span>Excluded: employees, representatives and agents of the Organizer, as well as the persons with whom they are domiciled.<\/span><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

4. METHOD OF PARTICIPATION<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

To participate, people must:<\/span><\/p>

  1. Watch the competition video clip published on the Organizer's Facebook or Instagram page.<\/span><\/li>
  2. Comment on the competition post by answering the question asked.<\/span><\/li>
  3. Like the Organizer's Facebook or Instagram page.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>
    • No purchase necessary.<\/span><\/li>
    • One \u200b\u200bentry per person.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
      \n\t\t\t\t

      A total of<\/span>four (4) gift certificates valued at $500 each<\/b> are offered.<\/span><\/p>

      • Total value of prizes: $2,000.<\/span><\/li>
      • Gift certificates are valid only at the 4 Plancher Payless locations: Dollard-des-Ormeaux, Laval, Longueuil and Brossard.<\/span><\/li>
      • Gift certificates can be combined with other promotions and sales, including Black Friday sales.<\/span><\/li>
      • Gift certificates are not exchangeable for cash and are not transferable.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

        Certificates will be sent <\/span>by email<\/b> to the winner.<\/span><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

        • Winners will be determined randomly.<\/span><\/li>
        • Each entrant can only win one prize.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

          • Winners will be contacted by private message via Facebook Messenger or Instagram Direct Message by the Organizer's official page<\/span>\u00a0by an authorized representative acting on behalf of Plancher Payless<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>
          • They must respond within <\/span>5 business days<\/b> with their <\/span>complete contact information<\/b>, i.e. <\/span>full name<\/b> and <\/span>required email<\/b> (phone number optional).<\/span><\/li>
          • Gift certificates will be sent by email to the address provided.<\/span><\/li>
          • Failure to respond within the allotted time may result in the prize being forfeited and a new winner being drawn.<\/span><\/li>
          • Winners will be required to provide proof of identity to claim their prize.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
